Our Commercial Snow + Ice Process
- All properties get cleared prior to 7AM for all snowfalls that occur prior to 2AM that morning. We use industrial grade equipment to ensure the highest satisfaction of our customers.
- We will monitor your property for snow and we always stay constantly up-to-date on weather reports and severe weather warnings.
- No matter how clear the parking lot or sidewalks are, do you want to ensure it is safe and free of dangerous ice for incoming customers and employees. We offer a couple different materials for ice control, including salt, salt sand combination, and ice melting mixture. All of our ice control applications are completed with the proper industrialized equipment.
- What happens to the snow once we plow it? Well, you have the option to either have the snow piled up and relocated on your property off to the side, or have us remove the snow from the property all together.
- Removal of Snow off the property is available at an additional cost that will be determined during the quote.
